Well videogames take a long time to play. But when they're at such a high discount, I can't resist buying them so I end up with more games than time. And without enough time to play the games, some games never even get played at all. This vicious cycle continue, to the point where it becomes impossible to play all of the games I own unless I play videogames for a living... which I don't.
Now's the part where someone says 'Cool story, Bro'

I don't think many of us will cool-story-bro this. I think many of us will I-know-that-feel-bro your story.

same here , you look at your library and say that you dont have anything to play yet you have 150+ games.

Yeah actually the worse part is here. Although when you have lot of games and you don't have time to play them, you can't even find a game to play when you have time!!

add me and take a look, but yeah, theres quite a few grayed out games

-1 for Minecraft, +1 for Gish, -1 for no grid, +1 for Scribblenauts and the other great games on there, +1 for that sweet skin, and -1 for not spending that $0.73. That leaves you at exactly 0 points. Grats.

I was going to defend the lack of grid usage, because it allows for categorization and collapsing/expanding, which is fantastic for organizing.
But he's not doing that, so he totally deserves to lose points - either for poor organization, or poor aesthetics.

I assume that's a public image hoster, so there is that.
Also that's a large hard-drive, only one uninstalled game that can be seen, wow.

go to www.msremake.com downloads section, download the latest patch update, install it in the ms:c directory, voilá!
Also, there should be a new patch coming this month, it's really close, perhaps the next few days, so if u get that issue again shortly after, u need to install the new patch on top of the previous one, to play online with other people, now go enjoy yourself in that game, also best if u bring a friend or two to it and play together, playing alone, as a newcomer is usually boring to most people ;)

I have a hankering for big picture mode, it happens I guess when you use a 32" moniter...

Would have needed room for another 60 with everything.

Categorization systems like yours are precisely why the library should have a tagging system. I'd love to be able to tag games as co-op or controller-friendly or strategy or casual or whatever, but more than one tag at a time.
Then later that week I'm in the mood for something that's, say, casual, and controller-friendly, and co-op, and I'll click those boxes, and up pops Castle Crashers. Yeah, that does sound good...
But until they implement multiple tags for the library, your organizational system is going to have to suffice.

"Categorization systems like yours are precisely why the library should have a tagging system. I'd love to be able to tag games as co-op or controller-friendly or strategy or casual or whatever, but more than one tag at a time."
This. Exactly this.
I once started creating tons of categories trying to simulate that, like [SP][Action][RPG] or [SP/CO][Action][Defense] (where SP stands for Single Player and CO for Co-Op, of course), so that I would only need to search for [Action], for example, and all the categories with that tag would pop up.. But then I got terribly bored and ended up with 3/4 of my library into the Games category and 1/4 divided into specific categories with a couple games each. D:

Agreed. I could list something like Borderlands under RPG and FPS, rather than having 50 different categories because of random sub genres.
I gave up on sorting my library because of that.

WTF, how can you even enter giveaways if you have nearly all of the games? xD

1 Fav and that's Duke Nukem Forever
I gotta quit drinking. I'm seeing things.

Oh, I see.
Also, you have a Ignore category? What's in there?

Interesting. I really like some of those games.
But I guess we can't all like and hate the same things.

Aww man, give Anno 2070 a chance. Or at least play Anno 1404 before playing Anno 2070 to appreciate it more :) Anno 1404 was the first game of its type that I really enjoyed and still one of my favourite games ever. But not everyone likes same games so I'll understand if you just ignore me :P

i gave anno 2070 a chance, it looked so fuckin promising so i bought some dlc with it as well and it is such a shit rts kind of game it made me mad how much i believed in it... i really wanted it to be good but i hated it, probably my worst purchase that cost me the most on steam. id way rather prefer something like age of empires or starcraft to that garbage

Anno 2070 looks cool IMO but the crappy OEM-like DRM somehow makes me think it really belongs in there.

Organised into 3 sections, Favourites, Not Installed and installed... Took me aaages with the terrible category system of the steam client.

Here is a slightly outdated version. 10 or 15 games were bought since then.
With this number of games I had to stop using grid view and divided them into 6 categories:

Simple and clean.
Just hope Valve releases a major upgrade for their client cuz it kinda sucks.
I kinda feel sorry for Jag64 with his 667 games :(
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah. It sux. But I decided to use Installed view to avoid being annoyed by this. But when I switch back to All Games I have to manually close all those.
And what's with the Kingdom Hearts? I didn't get it :D

A list of games, some hilighted white, some not.
Some of them stuck under a folder called "CRAPFUL OF CRAP",
Some of them filed under "Finished N' Good".
Blargh.

You took all that time to put this together and yet you gave us a thumbnail picture. Damn.
