Is there a way to know which whitelist / blacklist you're a part of?

I don't think so unless you stalk everyone

For blacklists, just check the giveaway created by user to see blacklisted or not.
For whitelists, i dunno, but if its a whitelist giveaway for example, and you accessed/didn't it, then you can be sure.

I don't think so, I just assume everyone Blacklists me because they are jealous of my delicious sandwich.

Nope, there's no automated way to check for it.
