Hello, guys. I have a problem here. I don't remember my Hotmail account. This means that i CANNOT play my games (Batman, Dark Souls) as normal people do. I want to ask you about how can i restore this peace of shit. I called to Support one month ago, but the answer was "Sorry, but we need your name to get access to you mail. Hell, I don't remember mail, how can I remember the name I used for it? (All my e-mails are fake).
So I wonder if it's possible to restore this e-mail or create a new one and connect my gamertag to this account?

It seems like an issue on your side. I mean, you're not supposed to make fake emails. They assume you cooperate with them in order for them to be able to cooperative with you, in case of a problem. If I recall correctly, hotmail has the ability of recovering your password to an alternative email, however, it was probably a fake one in your case as well?

To recover the password he needs to remember his hotmail account though. Remembering the alternate email won't help. Though if he can remember the alternate Microsoft might be able to trace it to the original.

You can do nothing without hotmail account. You CAN restore your password to an alternative email, but you should type in your hotmail email first.

Serials are bound to a specific GFWL account, so you will need access to that account.
Maybe you can give the serials (as listed in Steam) to their support and ask the name of the account that registered these serials?

I've tried to ask about it, but they cannot help me until I say the name I used to register email.

They would not have to legally do anything as you did not provide your true credentials when registering.

I need to think about changing my view on registering fake accounts. It may help me with some problems in the future.

Why would you use fake details when its something important like this?

That's why always save your account information somewhere . . . I think you pretty much screwed, but I hope you can find a solution with support.

So, you don't even know the Hotmail address? Do you know anyone that you emailed from that account that you could ask what the account was called?
