TRULLY F2P:
RIFT (there is almost nothing you can buy in shop that you can't get in game for free)
Aion NA version.

If Neverwinter is on your list, then Star Trek Online and Champions Online (the other two Cryptic MMOs) should be there too, since they are all using the same business model.

However I'm sure that you can buy everything you see in their ZEN Store without spending money, since you can get ZEN in the game with in-game currencies.

Boosts needed to enjoy this game after some hours...

To save time, I think it can be concluded that any F2P games with a premium/subscription feature are simply -out-.

Just wonder - does anyone still play Runes of Magic? I used to play it after 3rd patch. It was quite fun buy only until you got 40th lvl. After that it became one big Pay2Win machine. Even shitloads of grind weren't a solution, because without upgraded equipment you had no chance to survive in high level locations.

How about you just stop being so picky :P I play a lot of F2P games that are super greedy. That doesn't mean they are automatically less fun.

Some older games such as Zu Online and Maplestory could be fun to play, although Maplestory has gone to hell. There's a classic Maplestory server, 'Nightsoulms', and when I say classic... I mean as in the first year or two of Maplestory. I think they have added some of the later-on stuff in, and it's decently active. I haven't gotten onto the server yet, so you'd have to figure it all out yourself. Zu Online was a decent but generic grind-fest MMO back when I played it a few years ago. From what I remember, its cash shop was just cosmetics, and you can buy a few mounts, although once again, cosmetics because you can get a free mount( and IIRC you capture and train mounts or something ) very early on. Both games are fun with actual friends to play with, though. Otherwise, it's kind of boring.

Could Vindictus also fit into your list? It has no premium account types as far as I know, a cosmetic shop, and a supply depot shop that has stuff like pets and random packages for armor/weapon sets that you could probably get through in game playing, with the exception of a few items.

As the title says, I'm looking for a F2P MMO game that is really F2P. By that I mean all real money gets you is cosmetics (no boosts, special weapons, armor, slots,...).
edit
I specifically listed slots as a nono because I hoard everything I pick up, so please don't list games with real-money-only slots/inventory.
edit 2
If a game has a Premium type of accout or a subscription plan, it doesn't belong in this thread since those features usually don't only give cosmetic items.
So far, the following games have been listed;
Excluded;
-TERA
-Team Fortress 2
-DOTA 2 (I don't play MOBAs)
-Rift
-Flyff
-Neverwinter
-Warthunder
-Warframe
-The Secret World (one-time purchase)
-Path Of Exile
-World of Tanks
-Star Conflict
-Guild Wars 2 (one-time purchase)
-Star Trek Online
-Champions Online
-Star Wars: the Old Republic
-Pirates of The Burning Sea
-DC Universe Online
-Spiral Knights
Could be F2P (can anyone confirm/deny?);
-Eden Eternal (personally doubt AeriaGames would have a truly F2P game)
Truly F2P;
-Heaven And Hearth
