Saints Row 3
Skyrim
Star Wars Knights of the old republic I & II
Subnautica
Eso online - I'm fairly new to the game itself since I just got it this year but for me it's been a dream come true to actually play it.
I think those would be my top games to play.

Basically same games as 20 years ago. They made magical stuff back then.
But if you're asking for one game, I can only say DOOM. I can't have a system without getting DOOM on it. (That's DOOM 1 and 2 and their expansions.)
It's fast action with awesome gameplay. Amazing unique levels. Great weaponry and beastiary. Sound and music are phenomenal. And still one of the most gorgeous games out there.
I just wish, Bethesda would wise up and bring the PlayStation 3 version to all other systems, including Steam. PS3 version is the ultimate DOOM version and complete compilation. Enhanced and all rounded up in one package with both classic games and all the expansions. Sure, Steam version uses the same name, though on Steam you only have a bundle of 4 poor ports not worth anyone's money (though fixable).
Yeah, so whatever system, I might get an urge for pure adrenaline fun, one click or press, and let the rollercoaster begin.

VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action is one of my favorite games. I'm playing it for the third time and the atmosphere and story continue to drag me in as though it's my first time playing it. The mixology is simple and easy to remember, providing an interactive aspect to the story that keeps it from dragging too much.
EDIT: The giveaway has ended, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to comment in this thread! I enjoy reading the replies. If the thread keeps going I might have to add another giveaway.
