Mount & Blade: Warband and Crusader Kings II are games with great replayability, and though I'll occasionally tire of them, after a bit of a break I'll go back and have even more fun than I had before.
Although as a narrative-based game it lacks the same degree of replayability, I've still played through the visual novel Analogue: A Hate Story multiple times, and still can't get over just how good it is. It's a real pity the sequel was such a let-down.

And a resent contender, Valdis Story: Abyssal City

VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action is one of my favorite games. I'm playing it for the third time and the atmosphere and story continue to drag me in as though it's my first time playing it. The mixology is simple and easy to remember, providing an interactive aspect to the story that keeps it from dragging too much.
EDIT: The giveaway has ended, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to comment in this thread! I enjoy reading the replies. If the thread keeps going I might have to add another giveaway.
