I am not a developer, so I guess you consider the ratio 111 to 160 "out of whack", probably because many of the gifts I sent are region restricted? Well, that happens when the Steam store sells only region restricted items to you... But anyway, no problem at all, you did not even need to give any reasons whatsoever, that is cool.

But chances are, you are no longer blacklisted.
It's taken a few days, but I've overhauled my aging blacklist and removed about 500 entries (honestly, that was most of them). I recently crushed a dream job interview and was offered the position, so I figured now was as good of a time as any to clean the slate. Feel free to leave me blacklisted though, I know I can be a jackass when I'm tipsy.
