Your worst trade proposals?

2 tf2 keys for Prototype is not that bad, seen some people selling the keys for 2 or 3$paypal, so it is not entirely off I guess.
I can also see the reasoning behind FTL for Darksiders 2, if it is the soundtrack edition. You can get Darksiders 2 for about 13$ in gamersgate. Which is more or less the price of FTL+ Soundtrack. So, all in all, its a fair trade as of now(I believe FTL didnt have any sales till now?=

Worst trade proposals I have ever have to be the Fifa 10 ones, betas for games I never heard off, Airmech(beta copy of a game that has now and at the time of the proposal already opened and F2P for everybody)
Also, coupons.

Most of the time it's just Dota 2 keys/gifts or something like that for trades. I haven't really tried to trade a super expensive game before, so I wouldn't really know.

Guess my worst trade so far was 3 Dota 2's for Half Minute Hero + KOTOR II

Worst trade proposal ever? Working 3 days straight at 16 hours days having to drive back on forth to work with a hour drive each way for Sunday off.

I had a guy add me on Steam and over "nothing" for CS:GO yesterday. lol

The worst one that I definitely know that I was offered (and excluding DOTA2) was The Basement Collection for Splinter Cell Conviction Deluxe.

I avoid trading as much as possible. And if I do trade it's usually a really expensive game for another really expensive game. I just don't have time for all the crap involved with trading, hate it.

But easily the worst offer I ever had was Nuclear Dawn for my Borderlands 2. Such an asshole.

Several console games I had offered to trade on another site, someone offered me a HIB 1 cent bundle.

And they still wanted me to pay for shipping them.

i just give to friends who i believe would enjoy the games... this is why i have no contributor value or bother about trading as trading causes too many problems...

but worst thing someone has tried was during winter sales on steam where they tried to scam me into buying them Alien vs Predator since they were apparently "German"... except his IP was located in Mexico for one and so says his profile pages on twitter and facebook (wanted to dig up as much personal info on him as possible the moment i found out it was a scam)... he very quickly went offline when i found out his address, phone number and his FB and paypal security questions and answers)

Global Offensive for Terreria

The most insulting offer I have gotten is probably a tie between:

• Dota 2 for my Torchlight II
• Mad Riders key (which the guy probably got for free from the recent Ubi coupon code thing) for my Renegade Ops Pack (includes all DLC)

stupid shit like this is part of the reason why I have to specifically state a few ground rules at the top of my ad, such as not adding me unless we have started working out a deal first. I cringe when I see a random friend request from someone who has ignored the rules I so clearly put in bold to make more visible. Most of the time (but not always) it has been a waste of my time talking to anyone who does this. One guy was even somewhat obnoxious and kept asking "what is it going to take" to make so and so trade and stuff like that, and would not give up despite my making it clear over and over again that he simply did not have anything I was interested in. I tried really hard not to be rude but it was quite annoying.

Random TF2 weapons and hats(around $1 total value) for a $140 unusual.

Coupons + BETAs, but hey "this coupon is worth 15€, because you get such discount from it".

Here's my ST thread, go look around yourself. I'm sure there are some terrible offers in there. I've had others outside that thread, but I can't remember them. Been a lot, though!

The very worst one I've ever had, was Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light which was lowest $7.50 at the time, for Skyrim, when Skyrim's largest discount was 33% off, meaning about $40. Worst offer ever.

Some months ago I was offering MY FallOut New Vegas Ultimate for They bleed pixels, basement collection and Home. The 3 indies were on 1st week sales, so the trade was good.
But this guy added me and offered only Home for FallOut: NVU. And the worst was he got mad because I didn´t "specify" that I wanted the 3 games for FallOut.

I remember having proposed pretty much everything I had (which means a full Square bundle from Amazon, a BTA Indie Gala 9 gift link, some indie/other leftover keys for Steam/Desura/GOG/Gamersgate, Morrowind and 2 tradable gamers, Warband and Hydrophobia I think) to trade for The Walking Dead, which was on sale for $15. I let the guy come up with something reasonable for it in case he was interested, and the only answer I got was "all low".

Suuuuuuuuuuuuuure... I think I'll just retract from trading for that game until I get a job again, and buy it myself.
