Oi! ‘Ello, again! It’s your old pal Chrono, the deal-loving goblin! As most of you already know, I loves bringing my customers a great deal, and today, now that I’m free from prison after getting caught selling those dragon eggs, I’ve actually got SIX great items for you and unlike normal, they’re gonna last for SIX whole days! But that ain’t all, a portion of the proceeds are going to a wonderful organization called GameChanger Charity which serves the needs of young cancer patients, cancer survivors, their families, and even the blessed hospital staff, and they do it all with awesome events, delicious food, and video games. Even a goblin like me can get behind that!

asked at community how much is the "portion of proceeds", cause i think is useful to know.

there's also other options to donate, "directly":

$10 for Rakuen & I, Hope and a copy for the Hospital

by clicking the top button "PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT".

(don't know if i can write this, here. if not, please let me know)

edit: i don't think i'll get a response for "portion of proceeds". cause, also thinking this is a very special collaboration between chrono and gamechanger.
ie: donating $100+ reward will be "GameChanger Founders' Pack and 1 month of Chrono.gg games"

I wouild say it's fine to link to actual charities that you don't anything back from by donating. Like the one thread for the "click here so we donate 1 meal" site that I can't find now.

Interesting, I wonder if you get Steam keys for them then too.. As for the $100 tier, the description says "1 month of access to Chrono.gg's suite of 28 different games", not sure what they mean by that (what suite? only one month?).

Edit: As mentioned here the $100 tier gives you only a chance to win one of the five packs that will have one month of chrono.gg's games..

For the $10 tier you get the two games in the chart below via https://tiltify.com/+gamechanger-friends/gamechanger-and-friends-2018/rewards (Note that some hospital will also get a copy of I, Hope when you donate $10)

I was a bit confused as well so I checked the charities official site on it: https://gamechangercharity.org/gamechanger-and-friends-2018/

$100.00 –GameChanger Founders Pack + 1 month (25 to 28 games) of Chrono.gg games (limited to 10 winners) + lower tier items

My guess is that 10 peeps will get the featured sale game on chrono for free for one month. That is the only way that it makes sense to me.

quite sure that limited to 10 winners wasn't there, yesterday...and

just checked at community, and Ionin (chrono staff) few minutes ago wrote:

So there were some wires crossed internally, hence the lack of mentioning this anywhere else, but the plan is to select a contiguous set of 28 games. Still working out the exact details though.

edit: thought "limited to 10 winners" was at rewards (tiltify.com) page :P

To those on the fence about Everspace --
If you haven't picked up this game yet, you're missing out. For $9 it's an absolute steal. Freaking LOVED the game, and more than playable without the DLC (though I did pick it up later).

It looks interesting, but the rogue-lite aspect always kept me from buying it. I really hate that so many games go for procedural generation and repetition instead of proper design with handcrafted levels/content.

For those who have an excessive amount of coins, it might be worth picking up I, Hope even if you are not interested in it due to this: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/7033/Epic_Adventures/

Vidar was in a IG bundle a few months ago leaving 3 non-bundled games. Assuming that you did not get Earthlock prior to the remaster's launch, the remaining games in the package will cost ~$24 once all the games are on sale (should happen during the Winter sale). Not a bad price considering the games, and probably worth keeping in mind if you are interested in 2/3 of them.

thank you. now that things seems to be little clearer, i can frankly say that didn't liked how they handled the all thing.

and also do think that would still be nice to know how much is the "portion of proceeds".

if you're doing it for charity, just say it. can't see why you shouldn't...
