Honestly, the older you get the more you'll find out how important it is to squirrel away a good 15-20% for yourself and your own enjoyment. Burnout is real and the only people that enjoy playing life like a ranked ladder are sociopaths or spawned with advantages in the first place. That said, I hope you do well and thanks for the great GA :)

Remember to take time from studying to go outside to swim and other physical activities, that will keep your brain working much better. Swimming and BBQ are my extra activities in summer on top of the usual sitting on PC.

Take this how you will, but when I was back in college, there was a critical exam that I ended up failing. I got through it the second time and tbh I'm glad I had to redo it. It was an important matter in my industry and taking the course a second time allowed me to achieve a very strong understanding, rather than a "passable" one. Obviously it would have been great to just breeze through it the first time, but I came to terms with it and realized it was ok to give it my all and fail, for it meant my "all" would be even better the next time.

Good luck! Remember exams are not equal to what you are worth or even a true representation of what you know & don't know. There's always luck involved, and on the day of the exam, you can't even control how you are going to feel mentaly & physicaly. You don't need to punish yourself for not passing, the most important thing is for you to give yourself a passing grade. :)

PS: It is almost winter here :)

You probably can't give your all because you failed once and that makes you feel like you're wasting your effort, even if you know you have a high chance of passing. You shouldn't let your feelings slow down your momentum and your motivation because if you let that happen it'll only get worse in the future. Speaking from personal experience.

I hope you get your motivation up and pass your exam without a hitch :)

Someone call the SG Police! We have a code "171"- an account being held hostage by an exam! Repeat- a 171!

I don't think I can give any useful advice on studying for exams... mostly because I'm a super lazy person who falls asleep if he starts reading a book. :D
Plans for the summer? Well, let's see- there's work (boooo), video games (yaaay) and... lack of sleep, because apparently this is a "choose two" situation.

Anyway, good luck and all.

Good luck on your exam, pal. What used to motivate me when I had to study for something was the thought that if I didn't pass the exam I would have to go through all this stress and effort AGAIN, so I just studied as hard as I could so that I could pass my exam the first time and that way I could get started sooner on forgetting everything I had learned :)

But seriously, you can do this, don't be a slacker and go kick this exam's ass!

(also thank you for the awesome GA)
