Hi guys. Been a part of this awesome community for a year and a half. But only now worked up my guts to make a train. Although not completely without an agenda.

Short story long - Im a vehicle engineering student. I love cars and most everything with an engine. My hobby over the years have been photography, videography and such. Gaming above everything of course, how could have I survived this far without that.

What I wanted was to share with you my instagram page (lacking in pictures atm), but that is about to change. Im not implying you guys have to follow out of politeness or because you are being humble :) . If you are interested in cars, photography or something related to such, feel free to follow me, like a picture or too or maybe share my page to friends. Chris Kutcher photography page with 6 pictures, more on the way
I do this in my free time, I am no professional but I like to think Im improving over the time and eventually I want to bake up a youtube channel and homepage for this. And I figured, if I came out to you guys about my plans and someone would follow me I might get more enthusiastic about it. :D

Enough rambling about me, I would enjoy chatting up with someone, sharing some insights. Also, to make this interesting, maybe you guys want to share with me some cool story with you or with your car. e.g. what was your first car, what is your favorite car. Id be honored and grateful to see what kind of cars what kind of people drive around the world. The train is also filled with car related stuff and such, that being my life and all :D

Oh, and for your trouble ? Lets go with a train, you hopefully will enjoy BUMP links incoming. be patient :):)

Ill start - my first and current car (yes, Im that young) is Honda Accord CG4 coupe (seen in picture). With swapped H22A engine in it. Being a student and with petrol prices sky rocketing in my country, Im forced in selling it and switching to diesel, but my time with this car has been just wonderful, Ive rebuilt its engine, brakes, suspension. Learned alot.

I just cant get my mind around converting my car to LPG..
Maybe Id prefer if the car could have newest LPG systems where you have liquid gas.
I may be mistaken, but I still think its not particularly good for the engine.. Feels weird getting huge performance engine and putting LPG on it..

Before you switch cars consider the costs of repairs and maintenance of a turbocharged modern Diesel car.
Unless you do over 20K Kms a year it's just not worth it.
The whole turbocharger, Glow Plugs, injectors, emissions control system (EGR, catalyst) are basically an expensive time-bomb waiting to happen for the private buyer when the car is a few years old and out of warranty.

I do 10k a year with my petrol car now. That is very little. I mostly carpool with others when going to Uni or wherever.
With diesel I would drive all this time myself, Im already feeling this to be too restricting to my schedulel.. That would put 3 times more kms a year at least.
Also, Im looking for the job atm, and if I take it in a city thats 50km away, I cant afford to get a flat there (super over expensive to live in capital) and its much cheaper to drive an economical car there daily.. So I wouldnt worry about how much I would use it..

But I am aware of costly upkeep. Buddy of mine had a car with the same engine I am considering now. He had to change injectors. He had to pay 1000eur for restored injectors. That leaves me worrying. Still, Im also considering some of the cars that arent that expensive to fix and all the systems dont die without a reason.

One dude I carpooled with told me his problems with some 5 year old Audi A6. God damn car just eats away tires, you can fix and adjust suspension, no use. New tires every season. its all a gamble.. But not everyone can afford a new car. And buying an old car that is on the verge of dying isnt anything plesaruble anyway. :/
