I'd suggest Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, all Halo OSTs (especially Halo 2 Anniversary & Halo 5), Simcity 4 :)
Also, Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire's OST is quite good

The main reason 3 is my fav is that it is mostly fast paced, and unlike 4, for example, doesn't get too jazzy.
Haven't listened to much of Dead Souls, cause I haven't got to far in it, and like to find the music that way.

I listen to all sorts, but favorites include Jet Set Radio(and JSRF), Anarchy Reigns, Bastion, Killer Instinct and Metal Gear Rising: Revengence.
