What to do with old tickets?
Did you make user report or did you ask for received feedback?

..How would creating more tickets ever be a solution.
As if that magically makes moderators be able to do more tickets per hour. Doing that would actually increase the amount of tickets, leading to longer overall waiting times. It surprises me I see this misconception all over the place, not just on sg.
But maybe it's just me.

I will never undersatand how the mods do the tickets. Sometimes I wait some minutes sometimes 1 year. -.- I thought they do the older tickets first and the newer later. But sometimes its the opposite. Just create another ticket and let the older opened.

Hi! a long time ago, I have created tickets with evidence of users marking my games as not received (but they have game on account) and also users not responding, so "waiting for feedback" seems to be there forever.
¿What to do? still wait? close and create new tickets? contact a moderator?
