Allowed. Nothing against it. The only thing with cross group Ga's would be maybe tricky with the commenting/descriptions, particularly if the other group/users don't know about this one, since users should comment as their chosen villain.

May I only take fictional Villains or can I use realistic ones?

If you will be able to roleplay as realistic one, then why not. Of course don't cross the line while choosing, mass murderers or cult leaders would be too far it's one thing to act like even worst fictional character but other thing to act like Ted Bundy ;p. Just add me on steam, tell me who you want to choose and I will tell you if that's okay. After that I will invite you to group.
As for group, yes it's still open. It's still work in progress but I think that we will aim at about 75 users. Please make sure to read the rules and follow them.

-Members must be at least level 4 If you aren't level 4 yet, feel free to bookmark this and join when you are
-Members must choose a unique villain, meaning one villain per user and comment on group GA's as such. No repeats.
-Members should have a subjectively "good" ratio. That could mean more games given than received, quality games given, a lot of time in the forums and a decent ratio etc.
-Users under level 5 should create and complete at least 1 complete GA (ROW) for the group before entering any. Users 5 and up are held on good faith that they will contribute eventually.
-There are no GA requirements except as written above. A GA every once in a while is preferred of course, but no rule, written or otherwise, will be created to enforce the creation of giveaways.
