Hello. I have a limited account and i've recently added 5 euros on it. If i purchase a game for my main, will it still be limited or i have to purchase the game for the limited account itself to unlock it?

And suppose i have some other accounts limited, if i buy with my main, games for the limited accounts, will they be unlocked? I just want to be able to trade cards with them.

You don't need to buy anything, for the account in question, or in general.
All you need to do is add 5 USD (or equivalent) in funds to the account.

This. It can take few days for the account to become verified though, if you use an unverified payment method (e.g., unverified PayPal account) to add the funds.

i used paysafecard. the money are in. I also want to "transfer" the money from the second account to the main by buying a market item and sell it or something.

You can do that.
It will still take a few hours (up to days) for your account to become unlimited.

there is no way apart from sending market items (like keys) to your primary account. Limited status of your secondary account will be lifted after 30 days

No, steam doesn't allow direct money transfers.

My advice, wait for a sale and buy some $5 game to send to yourself

If you have added 5 euros - it should be not limited anymore I believe
PS. I should have refreshed page before posting...
