All tickets, except rerolls, take months/years/eternity to be answered.
Rerolls take around a week.
Still, ryryken probably thinks that all ticket categories are treated equally.

My last re-roll took less than a day, other people have had up to a week or more.

He also said about user report. -_- He probably talks about 2 different tickets and he wants to know how much they usually take to be answered in general, since his first ticket, about a user report, hasn't been answered yet. So, I told him that, while rerolls are fast, user reports are different. So learn to think too, not just read. Eyes are good, but the brain is also useful.

That comment was explaining my first comment. In average, most tickets take a lot of time or they don't even get answered. While I wrote it in a sarcastic tone, I said the truth. So, it wasn't useless, since I actually answered his question. But hey, we can't all write answers as wise and serious as yours, so, at least, pity us.

cg (admin) says they'll be look at adding 5-10 more support members this year. So the workload should spread out and tickets might go through a bit faster :) Remember this site is only funded by that little ad on the left (assuming you have adblock off)
