User report not working?

You have to report from the user profile to use the template. Or you could just copy paste the template over since it's just some basic bold formatting and such.

If I recall correctly, support said that if you want to report a user, you have to create a support ticket.

According to the FAQ you should just yell really loud. Your local sg-admin will hear it and address the report.

This happened to me too. I tried to report again the next day and then it worked.

Apparently, if you create a user report with SGP addon, it will create a support ticket that you can see in your support section.

If you create a "normal" user report, it will not be accessible to you.

I think mods can access reports now, but I'm not sure - I'm only sure that they were only able to see support ticket at one point, but I guess that's been fixed.
