Different publishers Topware. They can't sell on Steam due to agreements, so these Gold versions are on bundles and keys on other sites.

Paradox publishes Steam versions.

Gold versions are missing Steam achievements, that's one drawback.

Keep trying, also I would edit out that part asking for a key, it's considered begging, which isn't allowed on this site.

They don't give out keys. Look at the picture I linked a few posts below. If you press that button sayin "Get your Steamgame here" it links you to a page where you have to login to your Steamaccount and then adds the game to your library directly.
