last night I got a messege I need to re-enter my password I tried and it didn't worked..tried to restore via my email and it also didn't worked.. today I saw that someone deleted all my friends and groups and played today.. lest night I opened a ticket at steam but I don't know what else I can do.. the only reason I'm still connected here is because I wasn't asked to log in since it happened.. I'm afried I'll get VAC banned before I'll get my account back.. any advices?

This.

Send a ticket to Steam Support and gather up all the evidence you can find while you wait. If you use the same or similar passwords for other accounts, change them ASAP.

Deal with it. Steam support VERY slow and it will be very similar that you lose all of you can lose (e. g. clear not-banned games).

My account WAS hacked too. Luckily I always use paypal so no billing address was on my account, and My TF2 Items are Intact. I Got it back after 3 weeks, the thing I Showed them is Paypal Invoice ID, Receipts, I Have no CD-KEYS so I Show that, if you do, Better use it. If you show Receipt, then Write your ticket number at the email's search engine, and Snipe tool it. My email was hacked too, and I Can recover with gmail's Verification code via Phone. And this is what I get after recovering it. http://puu.sh/jC63. And remember that steam support only accepts Attached image, They don't accept external links like imgur.

Contact Steam Support. Give them your Steam account name and an attached picture of a Cd-key case of one of your games.
Ask them to switch e-mails. Make a new one if necessary.

If you don't have the Cd-key cases or the Credit card receipt, I may have some bad news..

You don't have to give them CD keys if you never registered one. You have to provide payment info and there is no bad news if you give them that

I know how it is, I was banned myself once too. You just have to deal with it, you can try PM-ing an admin(Valve guy) on the official forums and he can then check the ticket faster. If you're not registered on there yet, then you'll have to wait about a day for them to actually approve you, so it's worth a try if nothing else ;)

The CD-Key picture is just much easier. Payment receipt works though.

You did what you were supposed to do, created a ticket. Make sure you give them all the information they ask for, pictures of CDKeys, last 4 digits of whatever card you used to make the purchase, basically anything that shows that it was you who made the purchases and own the account. The same thing happened to me a few months back, now you just have to play the waiting game. Sorry this happened to you, and good luck.

Also, I would scan your PC with your AV, and maybe Malwarebytes just to make sure there isn't an existing keylogger on your PC.

Now that is very odd...perhaps the person deleted whatever mail that he got when he was changing your details. I would definitely change your email password to make sure he doesn't get ahold of that.

Np, just have patience. Steam Support doesn't really have a set time they have to answer your ticket, took mine 3 days iirc, others have waited a week or more. It's frustrating but not much else you can do.

If you werent using steamguard please consider using it in the future. If you were using steamguard then consider changing your password to your email address. Please don't mistake this advice as me blaming you in any way for this, it's not your fault.

Good luck

Wait and pray you dont get banned. What games is the hacker playing? If he's playing a vac ban you're pretty much screwed. 99% chance he's hacking on it.

Yup, even if you get your account stolen, a VAC ban will never be lifted.

Yup.
NEVER use the password for your email on anything else. I know people reuse passwords or have a couple that they cycle through (i do this too), but the one thing that should have its own unique password is your email. Because of situations like this.

You did all you can. Don't worry, you're probably not the first one to ever experience this problem, I'm fairly sure Valve knows how to deal with this.

If you just bought it and you get banned now, then you could try to lie to Steam Support and tell them like you just bought the game and the key was already redeemed and then they can move the game from account A to account B, assuming you don't have any other important things on there

My account was hacked because i couldn't log in to my account and my email because the hacker changed both of my passwords and deleted all of my mail sent by Steam so i cant send any proof(I knew that he deleted my emails because i had backup email address so i changed my password of original one with it). Then i contacted Steam Support and made a ticket for an account hijack and i didn't have any cd keys for proof but i told them i account purchase history and how much games i bought and who much gifts i received. I got my account 2 days later.

This happened to me a year or so ago. Steam Support is great, I provided them with the previous username and link I had (found a cached page of my profile on Google and attached a screenshot), the new name and link to the profile (as the thief changed all of my information), a close friend who WAS on my steam list (same thing as you, removed all of my friends list and added his/her own) for contacting if they needed verification, my most recently played game/s and rough times and some details about two transactions I done using Paypal. Didn't take more than 5 days. Don't panic when you get the automatic reply, they do that with every ticket. You'll be fine, just pray the f**ker who took it didn't get you VAC banned - it cannot be revoked.

Think over which PCs you have used your Steam account on and made them trusted, i.e. you could change your Steam guard e-mail from them. The fact that you can access your e-mail but not your Steam account while Steam guard was on leads me to the thought you could just forgotten your account logged in in a PC with public access.

If it was a keylogger, you would not be able to access any of your accounts. Just in case, scan for viruses or simply fresh install Windows and change all your passwords which were similar to the one you used on your Steam account.
