I would have to say no because I've noticed it gets a lot better all of a sudden around 12am GMT/UTC, during which time Europe is going to bed for the night but it is still only early evening for anyone in the USA. From then on it's fine again for about another 10-12 hours. Really, if you want to play the blame game it's far more likely to be the result of the combination of Europe & Asia "waking up" for the day and going online here. And the crazy thing is they just did a big hardware upgrade to the database here a few months ago to address slowness issues so one would think that this should not be happening.

Today (and yesterday too) these sites are TOO FUCKIN SLOW. Dunno if servers are overloaded or something like this. But...too slow...

Same here (EU zone), tested broadband & isp, both fine, downloading from steam as fast as usual...

Starting yesterday I cannot access steamtrades, keeps saying to link when I already did months ago. And it is slow as heck getting onto this site and impossible to get on steamtrades, Any answers?
