If you didn't scam anything, send in a ticket asking them to detail which items you scammed. They can't take anything you didn't scam.

I think you need to push them. I can't see any more options.

Well now that's very wierd o_O OK so what you can do is make a new ticket and ask why were you banned and what items were traded. Maybe the other support guy will tell you(yes, it depends on the support guy). After the date they said you will be able to trade items again, however it will be forever noted on your account that you were banned before. If that doesn't work out well....you can always send Gabe a message and maybe he'll take better action ;)

I do not want to make any biased assumptions, but do you think that perhaps you did something wrong under some other account and thus both of your accounts were suspended for that reason? I am no expert at Steam Support, but I am quite sure they should at least explain you what and who you scammed in this case. May be you could ask them to check whether someone have hacked or in any other form impersonated your account and scammed people.

Hmm... Well, do you think there is anyway that you can give them some sort of proof that you didn't do anything wrong or something like that? Check your trade history, take a picture of it, send it to them.

Great thread. Here's one that scammed me over the holidays. I reported him to STEAM but this looks like a good place too.

He traded me a guest pass of Killing Floor rather than the full game for Nuclear Dawn.
It seems he has been trying to scam people will Guest Passes before. Once someone calls him out for it he just starts a new thread so no one is aware of it.
