NOVEMBER 23, 2018 UPDATE RESPONSE TO MIKOY COMMENTS (BELOW AND QUOTED).

You blacklisted me so i cant speak to you on steam or steamgifts so stop whining that i wrote in the only one of your thread. Now i checked 2 years and this thread was the only one. Rules are simple and you didn't follow them - I asked you to fix it and you didn't. I didn't told other members that they don't have to create their gibs. Hakimodo wrote to me by himself and he wanted to be suspended for a while becasue he didn't win anything etc. but he don't want to leave the group. He didn't create and enter any giveaways in the group. Stop whining about your ratio in the gorup, about your nr.7 because there are people with so much better ratio and place than you and they created their gibs without complaints - Klistak for example. He created all 8 giveaways without any complaints. And he is goddamn number 1 in the group. Next thing - you wrote that I was online on steam, sorry mate I didn't. You can see that i am not active on steam for over month. I was "online" on my phone but I don't get messages like sms when somebody write to me. You asked something and I ask you to give me the links to your gibs so I can check that I missed something or no. All you had to do is creating 4 gibs or less if I missed something and thats it. But you decided to leave the group. Ok. You wanted to leave, don't want go back, I don't want you back. I just want to clear the situation - rules are rules, no matter if you are number one in the group or the last one. At least one giveaway (10P or more), exclusively for M7 group which got at least 5 entries. If you will follow these rules you are fine, if not you're not! Now I will act like you and close the only way for you to answer. Bye!

I don’t know why you insist on taking this public, especially in your own membership recruit thread. My guess is that you don’t even see the inconsistency of your own arguments.

I WANT TO STRESS:

• Mikoy completely on his own has decided to address this in public forums.
• I belong to a growing list of groups and follow the rules. On rare instances where I have disagreed with the rules or decided to focus on other groups, I have left with a polite note to explain. None of these groups have followed me around in public forums to complain about it and make it a public issue.
• It's no longer a matter of my suspicions that the rules are being unevenly applied. Mikoy has now repeatedly contradicted himself on his approach to the rules. I've screenshotted everything to back it up.
  1. Mikoy's below statement of the rules for members:

  2. versus Mikoy's (the group admin) statement on his own giveaways in his post on the group thread:

SUMMARY
In the 9 months that I was in this group I created all monthly giveaways, sometimes twice, and created many extra giveaways that were not even required. Many did not result in any steamgifts CV because it is hard to get 5 entries in a group that has at times less than 30 members. In return I won very few giveaways and began to see some strong evidence that the rules were not being fairy enforced.

CHRONOLOGY:

1. M7 giveaway group has a minimum 5 entry rule. This is hard to achieve since there at times less than 30 people in the group. It requires 15-20% of all members to join a giveaway.

2. I create and giveaway games every month. I create many additional giveaways also. In total 82 giveways in 9 months or an average of 9 games/month. Some have more than 5 entries. Some don’t. I decide to give the games away anyways rather than cancel the GA even though I get no steamgifts value (CV) for these.

3. In early November, Mikoy (group admin) notes that over 70% of members have not adhered to the 1 giveaway/month with 5 entries rule and sends out a list of giveaways that have to be redone going back 9 months. Many members have not created ANY giveaways.

4. I start to create additional giveaways but I notice that not many others are doing this. I look at the group member list and notice that there are members with large negative values (largest over - $1,200 and – 134 games) and who have not created ANY giveaways for extended periods of time. They are also not on Mikoy's list of giveaways that are outstanding. This smells bad to me.

5. On the group thread post Mikoy writes

6. I send steam chat messages to Mikoy to try to discuss this. He shows as online but does not return any of my chat messages.

7. I decide to leave the group and post in the group thread “Thank you but I have decided to leave this group” politely explaining my concerns regarding the enforcement of rules. https://steamcommunity.com/groups/M7GA/discussions/0/1744478429671444435/

8. Very quickly after this, another member (the co-admin) posts that they haven’t created any giveaways and that they aren’t on the outstanding giveaway list either because Mikoy told them that they didn’t have to. https://steamcommunity.com/groups/M7GA/discussions/0/364042703863345236/?ctp=4

   ”x1leader, 34 games gived, 166 taken, Gift difference -132, Value difference -1.238$. In last 5 months he:- 1 gived away, - 18 won. This doesn't look when everyong in the group must create giveaway to donate person what doesn't give nothing back. PS. I've not mentinged in the "create GA" because I've personally talked with MikrosPL that I've not winning here anything from near year while I have both positive ratio and still adding new games. We must change something here because now we have situation when some person only donating without chance to get something back.”

9. Mikoy posts on a 3 month old public steamgifts discussion thread I had created regarding a personal issue and then this one here. He complains that the only issue was that I was not following the minimum 5 entry rule. He seems blind to the issue that HE WAS NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES and did not create any entries. One other member has admitted that THE RULES WERE NOT BEING APPLIED TO THEM. Mikoy never mentioned this in the group state of affairs post and only admitted to it after it became public. I suspect that there are many more members in this category based on the group user list.

MIKOY HAS BROUGHT THIS HERE FOR POTENTIAL NEW MEMBERS TO READ. I just wanted to quietly leave the group.
