Where to trade ref for keys?

What is the cheapest and best place to trade this kind of things, and how do decimals work in key prices (e.g. 1 Key = 7.55 ref)?

http://shopbot.tf Is the site i use. 0,33 stands for 1 reclaimed 0,11 stands for 1 scrap. 0,55 = 2 scraps and 1 reclaimed.
