Mainly English, but I can read German, Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, and some Spanish (I can speak a few of those a little bit, but not as well as I can read). Working on French next.

Native English, a little French, and even less German. The problem I've found is getting practice. I have frequent dealings with French people at work, but they all speak English so fluently it would be a waste of time to try and communicate in French.

Even when I've been to France & Germany, most people are eager to speak English, and even when they aren't it's still usually easy to get by using just English. I try to make an effort, but the temptation is to use English. The handful of times when I've literally been forced to speak French I've managed to make myself understood, so I think it's just confidence more than anything.

There are 10 types of people who know binary, those who do, and those who don't.

Jokes aside, Spanish, English, French, Italian, a bit of Portuguese and very little of German as well.
