Nice deal, And as always, the US billing adress can be bypassed by using the google HQ one, or other substitutes.

Thanks for this, had to lie about a state and post code, but woot :)

EDIT: Although only for NA customers, I am from the UK and managed to get it, but put in New Jersey as state and 08005 as zip code (aka post code).
