Let me join the you-do-realize funfest. You do realize that some people don't even know or care about what steamgifts.com is, hence they don't even have an account to get a chance of winning things, right? When you have a friend IRL who happens to be one of said people it's not re-gifting. It's being nice.

Re-gifting is giving away the key by reposting it on Steamgifts.com (like some people have been doing lately) so you can raise your contributor level. And that's being a douche.
