Season Pass is not region restricted. Bought and I'm glad ;D But what pisses me off is the game haven't downloaded a thing after activation which means, the freaking DLCs were in the game already... Capcom all over again :)

Well, Capcom has done similiar things with console games e.g. Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter X Tekken (DLCs locked on game disc)

Likely has been added in patch, it's just easier to make everyone to have same version (no need to test every combination of DLC), but lock content.

Yeah, Paying extra money just to unlock a difficulty is ridiculous. THQ would not do this. Deep Silver is bullshit.
