Twitter ban from giveaways

lol, happens to me every month, I have to verify my account via phone each time =(

Happened to me now,i had to unblock it using my phone number..

Tried to unlock my account but got always a wrong code for it.
So I had to create an alt-account on Twitter. -.-

you don't need to unlock your account unless your login expires , my twitter has been permanently suspended and im still completing actions

Yep, I think it happened to me a LONG time ago. They were asking for my phone number to unblock it, I contacted them, and I told them that THERE IS NO WAY I'm going to give them my phone number and I want my twitter unblocked now! So, they unblocked it. xD

My twitter account was blocked yesterday so i wrote them a pretty mean email telling them to screw themselfs.They later replied sorry for the inconvience and unblocked me ;-P

Can't find the previous thread either. But from what I read earlier today, people still managed to pass the gleam requirements with their blocked Twitter accounts anyway.
Can't verify for myself as I can't be arsed with either Twitter or the trash given away via Gleam, but passing it on for people who care enough to try :)

Yep that happen frequently with all the gleam GA lately, my twitter account was blocked several times due to suspicius activity, but can re activated easily, now they ask for a phone number instead just an email (like was in the recent past).

The problem did not start with Bitray, my twitter account was blocked even a few days BEFORE Bitray. Add phone number, keep going.

These f### twatter-mongoloids - first i had my spam account "banned" continued using it anyway as it still worked until it didn't ... created
a new one, even linked to a valid mail + validation - hadn't even used VPN as usual with that one lol ... and those mongs suspended it.
Asking for my phone :-D > NAY ... i'll just create a new one with a spam mail and don't even bother to validate shit.
Btw. twitter sucks ass - void media for people with the attention-span of a goldfish.

Got my account blocked yesterday. The code sent via SMS doesn't work. Created an alt account. This one also got blocked today...

I really don't care about Twitter, but this is just beyond ridiculous.

A little tip .
You can unlock Multiple accounts with the same phone number .

Thanks for the information. I got my account unlocked doing as you suggested (sending message, replying to automated response, I accused them of farming phone numbers to sell to telemarketers :), it took almost a day but it was unlocked).

Everyone complaining about Twitter, but the real problem here is that Gleam wants control of your Twitter account so they can mine data and post stuff behind your back. I stopped using Gleam because I refuse to give them that access.

it doesn't sound like a ban, it sounds like they are requiring you to use a phone number to verify your account...
