My left hand can't be used for gaming. Suggest me what to do

When I had my left had in plaster, I've been playing third Age of Empires. You can't use hotkeys but it's still fun;]
Or another option: if you want to play FPS, ask friend/brother to be your legs(well, your left hand or character's legs)- you only point and shoot, just like in those old arcade games!:}

Space Rangers 2: Reboot. I've had a moment where I couldn't use my left arm and I was able to play it fine. Except for the RTS missions.

Just look into mouse or exclusively WASD-controlled games. Or turn-based things like Disgaea (not for PC). Try not to overdo it, though, or you might risk carpal tunnel.

you should be able to play most of the turn based games, at least the ones that don't have turn time limit.

you can also get a tablet (ipad) and play most of their games since they only require one hand.

Plants vs. Zombies, Peggle, Bejeweld, Train Simulator, Worms, SimCity 4, The Sims 3 and maybe Bit Trip Runner Those are my favorites and all playable with one hand. Maybe you can order a gaming mouse (Several action buttons on the mouse) so you can play Dota 2, Magicka etc.

Puzzle Pirates is as best as it gets in MMOs for one-handed controls.

you could try to play games with a joystick with 5 or 6 buttons at the top which become wasd and you use the stick for mouse controls

edit: What mouse do you have? If it has a decent amount of buttons, you could map walking back and forth to the side of your mouse for the ability to play games like minecraft or garrys mod.
