I get the same message when someone redeems the gift link before I do, maybe you did something wrong.

This is what I do buy it then there's a present next to the game names and you click that and you get a link to send to a friend try doing that instead

Before, I got the same message when I submitted my friend's email address for the first time.
In our case, he managed to get the link using Humble Bundle Key Resender that you can see as "Lost Key" at the bottom of the site.

Using Humble Bundle Key Resender, you receive all links you redeemed before.
If the Humble Jumbo Bundle link isn't in the resending email, maybe the link went nowhere.
In that case, I recommend you contact support.

Hi! I just bought the Humble Jumbo Bundle for a friend. I checked that box to send it as a gift, but my friend got that message: "we recived a request to resend your humble keys, however , we dont have any keys on record this email adress." He didn't receive them the first time, so I told him to resubmit his email, hoping that this will solve the problem. He uses a gmail adress, and he didn't get anything so far...I've sent an email to contact@humblebundle.com, and they said that they've received my email, but I duuno what should I do. Oh, I also sent him some games from the TripWire bundle, and when he wanted to redeem them, he didn't receive anything, and he also tried to create a yahoo.com email adress, but that won't work either. So...what should I do?
