Which games are "worth it" to make give-aways for?

As the title says I have some games to give-away. I donated to get the Indie Gala IV just to do it because I like donating to a bit every now and then. So now i'm "stuck" with the keys for all the games but I don't know which are really "worth it" to create a give-away for. Yes I know they are all paid for and most people would have them but, people will enter anything because its free. I never looked up any of the games due to not having time so I just wanna know what games would people actually play and enjoy.
