I loved Minecraft (the originals!)
Avernum I, II, III (reeeaallly old school game.)

Mmm, Chicago - Stealth. I bought a physical copy of the soundtrack just to get that song.

Said copy of the soundtrack was actually defective and instead of the second disc, it had a copy of "Nintendo64 OS Version 2.0L (PC version)" on it. I looked into it at the time and nobody had any clue what it was, but these days it seems that a few copies of various versions have slipped out onto the internet and it's the official development N64 emulator. So I have an entirely legally purchased and owned N64 emulator, which I think is pretty neat.

Oh, and Chicago was on Disc 1, so I still ended up with what I actually wanted.

A complete dev kit including that CD popped up on ebay about four years ago and went for about $500.

I couldn't even begin to guess what the CD would be worth by itself. I'm pretty sure that it's the only copy with "Perfect Dark Disc 2 Soundtrack CD" stamped on the front, but I don't know if there's anyone who would actually consider that a plus.

I've played a modest quantity of games during my childhood till mid-teens. The ones whose soundtrack is stuck in my mind are:
Little Big Adventure 2: Twinsen's Odyssey, wonderful adventure game (notably tracks 1, 3 and 4);
Total Annihilation, epic game with incomparable ballistics, full orchestral soundtrack (epic intro cutscene here);
Age of Empires 2;
Rayman 2;
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and expansions, solid fps, good weapons, nice missions with several different objectives, and amazing soundtrack.

Anvil of Dawn.
Stonekeep.
Full Throttle.
Monkey Island Series
Command and Conquer. (the first game)

Simply awe-inspiring soundtracks, all of them. And I'm probably forgetting others too... :)
