I started to giveaways with the intention of sending the winner a Steam Gift NOT a Steam key of the game. As some of you know Steam has changed it's gifting policy I can't send the game over to the winners on account of regional currency differences. So basically due to the policy change I can't send the winners the game. And this is a big shock to me. The only workaround I've been able to find out is that I can simply send a digital gift card that matches the price of the game in the winners currency and they can buy the game their selves.
Please give any advice as to what I should do. This is very upsetting to me as the gift giver.
EDIT: Okay I was able to send the winner of Cuphead the game, however the winners of Harold is a no go. And there are no sites that sell a digital key for this game.
