People can do any level/sgtool requirement they want. As for time, I'd like it to be 3 hours(for people who join the event live) or 1 1/2 days for people who read it afterwards.

The golden rule is that there can be only one survivor.
Withn the arena, team-ups etc. do happen, although thanks to above rule they will inevitably fall apart too.
Going by the books, forcing team-ups and or mentor/apprentice pairs could be something for the 25th SGHG, since every 25th game (Quarter Quell) played by special rules - although the rules are meant to divide and conquer, not to promote corporation.
.. Then again, SGHG with the voting on participants already follows the rules of the first Quarter Quell.

I could always combine pictures of 2 people and have it say IgotElbows/Sleepycat or whatever, but idk how that would work.
I'd have to get creative. One person would actually equal 2 or 3 people.

You could create a poll with those 30 and let the crowd vote for their favorites.
There are sites which let you easily create polls, manage lot of things(like set closing time etc.) and even hide the result to the voters (if you want to keep the participants a secret).

So a lot of people have been in the past 2 hunger games, and I was having a bit of trouble deciding who should be in 3. I had a some people in mind, but wasn't even close to the 24 that was needed.
This is where I need youuuu. I need ya to suggest people who should be in it. This isn't really a nomination/voting thing, but moreso a suggestion thing, although if there is big call for person X then they will likely get it.

Too much work tbh, but moreso the fact that I don't want people to be voting here because it might confuse people about the actual voting thread.

I'd rather it not be first come first serve, also if this was the case then there might be a lot of people in the event that no one really knew. lol. And that would mean people might not vote for them when the voting thread happened.

What is the steamgifts hunger games?
It's an event I do every so often making SG members fight to the death via simulator, it also lets people join an exclusive group that I will try do to gibes for forever for them.
