So what do i mean by it? It's basically the game you are 100% would love hell out of but for some reason ( financial or other ) cant afford/play at the moment.
For me it would be Divinity Orignal Sin 2. I love the first one to hell and from what i've seen second one is better in all and every way and it's basically guaranteed to be awesome! Sadly due to financial reasons im yet to buy it :)

What's yours?

Anything that's on the top 10-15 spots on my wishlist. I try to keep them ordered as well as I can. In retrospect it might have not been a good idea to giveaway the only copy of DOOM that I had (WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?!?!?!?)... oh, well, I probably wouldn't have had time to play it back then (BUT I HAVE TIME NOW, DAMN IT!!!).

Also, probably some console exclusives since I like games in general so they would have to be really bad for me to not like them, but they made their stupid anti-consumer choice to make them exclusive, so that's not my problem.

Golf With Friends/Golf It/Tower Unite/Who's Your Daddy/Ultimate Chicken Horse: I don't really do multiplayer or voice chats
Metroid 2: Return of Samus
Skate 3
FF11: I don't do subscriptions
Trials Fusion/Evolution/Gold
Ouendan

Games I HAVE played, but can't play now:
Spyro 2: PS1 games aren't compatible on newer TVs
Pokemon Gold/Crystal: Lost, internal batteries dead, and no money for 3DS VC
Runescape V1/2: difficult if not completely impossible to access anymore, inventory was imported to V3 without my permission
.hack//Quarantine: Sold to gamestop 10+ years ago, now costs $120

Any of the triple A games on my wishlist. :') They're so expensive. More specifically though, Assassin's Creed 1/2 or Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. The description on Steam for Hellblade really caught my eye, and it states it was made in collaboration with neuroscientists and people who experience psychosis, so I think it includes a bit of a message about mental illness. As for AC, I played the third one and absolutely fell in love with it, so I'd love to experience the ones people consider to be the best in the series.

Totally agree with you. I have finished all AC games. except the last one. And would looooove to give a shot with Hellblade.

AC series is one of my favorites, AC1 and AC2/Brotherhood/Revelations aren't that much expensive, wait for Autumn Steam sales (in about three weeks) there will be nice discount on the franchise.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. My fault really, was taking my sweet time playing it, so I would't finish it too quickly, barely got past Kvatch...and then there was Skyrim...sigh

System Shock and System Shock 2.

I missed it when it came out. Eventually got the remastered version 20+ years later. Tried playing it and though I know for CERTAIN I would love it, I broke down and gave up on the antiquated controls. There's just so many games to play I couldn't justify the frustration.

Thing is, I still want to play it someday. I've been saying that for the last 20 years.

Elite: Dangerous.

Because I loved Elite, Frontier: Elite 2, had a love/hate relationship with Frontier: First Encounters, and although I'll run DOSBox or dosemu to play any of the older Elite games, I won't run a Windows system purely to be able to play Elite: Dangerous.

Witcher 3.

I loved the first game, never found the time to play the second, and have heard nothing but amazing things about the third. Hopefully I'll get to play the 2nd one before the end of the year, just need to play an SG win first.

Last year's DOOM probably.
Need to get around to buying new hardware first, then finding the time to play it.

This question is like a oxymoron looking for Heisenberg's game. It might be Witcher 3, it might be Wasteland 2. I will never know until I have played it and then it's no longer relevant for this thread.

I wanted to play horizon zero dawn, bloodborne etc. (ps4 exclusives mostly)
I bought ps4 and I'm playing bloodborne at the moment. Gonna play other ones too, then maybe sell it and buy xbox. Was it worth it ? Yeah but just for the exclusives cause i think xbox is better when you compare.
And there is Assassin's Creed Origins... would love that game.
EDIT: I'm blacklisted...whaa :D
