I bought GTAV myself when it was on sale, at first wasn't thinking I could run it... but figured hey if I couldn't at least it will be on my account for when I upgrade my computer.
Turns out I can run it pretty decent (on like medium or something) so at least for you, you have it on your account so you can always then play it once you upgrade your PC.

I did the same thing for Mordor, I first bought it on console since wasnt sure I could run that game on my PC, but this past summer sale when the GOTY was on sale for 3.99, you couldnt go wrong so I bought it right away and turns out I can run it.

On my list to play too. I have played a few hours, loved it but quickly realised I'd lose a month or so of my life when I finally got stuck into it so I've put it onto the back burner until I've got the free time to do it justice. I did play Witcher 1 last year and am done with that but didn't finish it.

For some reason even as big fan of both Witcher 1 and 2...I simply could not force myself to finish Witcher 3. It is better in every way really but...I don't know. Tried it again 3 times but always got bored.

The Last of Us. I have heard so many good things about it, and from what I have seen, it looks like I would have a blast playing it. Alas, I don't buy consoles (I don't have anything against them, but I spend enough time/money on my PC games), so unless it ever got released on PC, I will never get a chance to play it.

If you ever find a good deal on a ps4, don't hesitate. Bloodborne is an amazing game and i'd almost say buying a ps4 just for Bloodborne alone would be worth it.
PSA: The combat and it's fluidity will ruin your fun with other games (i'm looking at you, AC: origins)

Yes! I think of Bloodborne as one of my favorite games, but like you, I don't have a PS4 and only have watched let's plays. Sometimes I think let's plays actually hurt sales of games. If I had be given just a teaser of Bloodborne, I might have bought a PS4 for it, but I kind of got everything I wanted from videos and such. But if they ever release it on PC, I'd pre-order the deluxe edition of it, which I never do.

+1
I've considered a PS4 multiple times just for bloodborn and nothing else...but seeing as how thats what happened when I was a kid and got a DS then only ended up with like 3 games for it I know its not worth it.

+1 I understand it didn't turn out as advertised, but I just want to spend hours having a visual adventure on a fantastical space planet without drugs!

My thoughts exactly. Journey is literally the only PS3 exclusive that I want to play, so even buying a "cheap" secondhand one would be too much money just for one game.
But given that Sony is the publisher I don't have much hope for a PC port...

It was Killer Instinct, OST in this game is god-tier, but recently it released in Steam and now I'm playing it daily so it's not qualified for this. So now it's probably Gears of War, i only briefly played first game but i would love to play whole series someday, i just can't bother to spend my time on any game outside Steam because of my backlog. I have no issue with Windows store though, it worked fine for me when i tested Forza 7 demo, i'm simply too lazy to deal with other platforms now.

Planescape Torment. Just never got around to playing it. Got both original & enhanced on GOG

Currently working my way through Baldur's Gate 1 Enhanced. Never got around to completing that either despite still having an original copy from early 2000s. Hopefully get around to Planescape next year :)

It's PS4 console exclusive but will be released on PC as well from what I heard.

Yeah, this will never happen though :(
Also I think what I wrote was not true anymore, they wanted to release it for PC, but they might not be allowed to since switching to the Decima Engine.
Again :(

maybe Ultima Online?
When I want to play , I don't have too much money and time
I don't have too much desire to play some thing expensive.
I can play most of TV game by friend

Mine is really dumb because it costs 4,99€ and has been bundled before but Glass Masquerade. I just can not bring myself to buy it because I have so many other unplayed games.
And if DLC counts - Euro Truck Simulator France DLC. I know it is going to be 75% off once their next DLC comes out, so I am just waiting till then so I can save a couple of euros by not buying it at 50% off. I have been doing the same thing with all their DLCs so far.

Almost bought the France DLC last sale for 50% off. But luckily (or sadly...dunno xD) i didn't for the same reason. Patience saves a lot of money xD

I was soooo tempted to buy it as well, but in the end I just picked up the Halloween pack that gave me Halloween Paint Jobs, Wheel Tuning Pack and Heavy Cargo Pack (that was on my wishlist). Hopefully the damn Italy DLC comes out before Christmas because I need me some more places to drive too :D

Oh, then I guess you're ready to go. 😋
The third game improves on many things, yep.
DS2 is a bit weird for a Souls game... it's not a bad game otherwise, it's actually good, just a bit weird.
Also, I don't think there are many things that relate DS2 to any of the other two, so you could skip 2 if you don't like it and won't miss much.

Edit: Oh, I thought the thread was about the best game we 'ever' played, not 'never' played...

I mistook this as a thread for the best game we 'ever' played. So nevermind :p

Like others have mentioned, The Last of Us. Only have a PC, and I don't intend to buy new hardware just for one game.
Super Mario Odyssey, for the same reason.

So what do i mean by it? It's basically the game you are 100% would love hell out of but for some reason ( financial or other ) cant afford/play at the moment.
For me it would be Divinity Orignal Sin 2. I love the first one to hell and from what i've seen second one is better in all and every way and it's basically guaranteed to be awesome! Sadly due to financial reasons im yet to buy it :)
What's yours?
