Last Tide
Sid Meier's Civilization V
Sprint Vector

Neverwinter -- this one is free to play, but Intel apparently gives "$25 worth of in-game content"

Rockband VR -- Oculus Rift required

thanks for the links! Some are repeats from the previous Intel promo. A few others require VR. Last Tide is just another dead multiplayer game judging from more recent reviews. And those that would interest me I already have. I don't feel like I am missing anything here.

Yeah, I agree. The free games are nice and all, but the deals are not as attractive as I'd hope.

Rainbow Six Seige is $7.20 and will get you all the games.

That said, unless you have VR it's not really that great of a selection.

Didn't see anything that I want.. at least the discounts aren't attractive enough.

I think they'll be adding more games to the sales list on the 26th though? Might be good to wait it out a bit :)

How do you get the DLC?

Or do you mean the key activates as package 16804 Civ V and Expansion?

How long did it take for buyers to get the e-mail from Intel about successful registration? :) 2 hours and still nothing... :(

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Less than a minute.

I did enter a phone number during registration though because it said the email would then arrive within 10 minutes instead of within 24 hours.

I bought siege at the previous sale on gmg as i thought it wouldnt be sold for any lower price, damn and i wanted to try Civ V. It seems like a good deal, especially if you have vr as i heard arizona and killing floor are good games.

I finally bought RE2. It's going to be a long night for me
BTW, the 5 games selection is kind of sketchy... a lot of f2p currency stuff and oculus games (not steam keys)... you have to create an account in an intel website to redeem the stuff, and you can't hardly tell the platform of the key until you have already redeemed. Here is what is remaining at this very minute (civ5 is gone)
https://imgur.com/a/9vGmbMy

so I got guzzlers, icarus, last tide, rock band VR (and it's only for oculus, doh), and sprint vector.
I already owned echo and vermintide, but I can confirm those are steam keys, too. all the others are codes for f2p games

Yea some are gone like arizona sunshine. And think it does show if its for steam on the page you choose the game. Like it has a link to the steam store page, ehich would indicate its for steam. Though yea, prob could have a better indication.

Thanks for the info, mate. I finally noticed, but it is far from obvious. What a weird promotion. I thought they were going to be gmg keys. cheers

No worries, yea could be better. They give gmg key to redeem which gives you a ste key right? Didnt get the promotion this time since im only missing one but think that was what it was like last time

Permalink

gmg gives you a code you have to enter in an intel website (after creating an account). that unlocks a "black friday gmg promotion" package of games (the ones in the picture I posted). Each one has totally different descriptions/conditions, and pressing download redeems that game, and that gives you the steam/occulus/whatever code you can redeem. cheers

Will the games change

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

According to reddit, they've already changed (for the worse):

There is nothing good left.
Arizona Sunshine : gone
Killing Floor vr : gone
Sprint Vector : here but "solt out" lol
Civ V : gone
Star Trek VR : gone
Now you have Guns of Icarus (that was a known freebie and is now on sale for 0.49$ lol), 1000 coins for TERA online (a skin set cost 2k haha), a phone game... I'm just really sad. I bought the 5thing when there were still Arizona and other good games, but intel made an entire day to validate my account. And now I have to choose between those trash.
You also have within 30 days only to pick your games, after that it's finished. I think I will just wait and cross all my fingers for at least ONE good game. Really sad.
