A new bundle has been born. What tier will you choose to adopt?
Love the fact that they added Deponia 2, but at a $7+ tier, just isn't worth it, imo.

Some pretty weak bonus games this time around. Was hoping for something to push me into buying the BTA for Xeno, but this def ain't gonna cut it.

And the Humble Bundle has officially jumped the shark. Now we're getting repeats and games that have been bundled or deep discounted elsewhere.

Skullgirls comes with like $30 worth of DLC, so if you like fighting games at all this is a good time to pick it up.

Honestly? I put in the $10 just for Gang Beasts, and I haven't spent much time with it yet, but it's barely more than a tech demo right now. I know it's early access, and it'll probably eventually be good, but I'd wait for it to leave EA and go on sale or something.

That's what i was planning to do. But I'm somehow scared that Gang Beasts might come out of EA as the next multiplayer sensation, kinda like Rocket League which I've been wanting so badly but it still hasn't been discounted.
I like Double Fine and trust them to make Gang Beasts a very good game. So maybe I really should invest the 3 bucks more for it.

If you're going to BTA anyway and you want it, then it's probably worth the $3. I doubt it'll be cheaper than that any time soon.
I'm just a little skeptical of Doublefine's intentions with early access after the Spacebase debacle.

Dunno, after this interview Tim Schafer still seems like a nice guy to me. Steam Early Access just appears to be a tricky, somewhat hard-to-handle double-edged blade for devs.

I don't think their intention was to scam people, but pulling the plug on it after taking people's money sets a bad precedent.

But in the end it was scam. Paying back investors before releasing game, which is just wrong. Specially when just editing out promises and leaving half-baked game to those who bought it.
I personally will never support DF anymore and will call them out as warning with any of their new projects.

Personally I think this is one of the worst Humble Indie bundles, don't get me wrong, a lot of the games are good. It's just that the timing of it and the fact that the majority of the games have been bundled before or heavily discounted really drags it down.
The only game that really stands out to me is Xenonauts but I can't justify paying the inflated tier 2 price.
Comment has been collapsed.
Can't help but feel disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the games are mostly not bad (I did find Planetary Annihilation to be quite lackluster), but the BTA tier had a single game that had not been either bundled, sold for very little or both. Numbered HiBs are usually better than that.

I already bought tier 1 but I want Chaos on Deponia! WHY?!
Comment has been collapsed.
You can always get the 2nd tier.
You have already locked down the BTA price (depending on what time you paid for the first tier, which would most likely be cheaper than the current BTA price i'm assuming) so you can go back to the bundle in your purchases and increase your order to your locked-in BTA price
Comment has been collapsed.
Ah, you're right! Thanks, but I don't think I will though, I only want that one and it looks like it's be bundled again so I'll wait!
Comment has been collapsed.
No worries! :) You can still buy BTA without having to "loose" 1$ aka rebuy the bundle.
Go to your bundle purchase link, and it will say: "Like what we're doing? Click here to increase your order amount!" right above "Click here for your Steam keys." , and then you can increase the amount from the 1$ you already paid till what the BTA was when you paid the bundle. =)

Ooooh, Xenonauts. Yummy. And I've been meaning to play the Deponia series for some time now.

Then this bundle is really up in your alley. People (including me) are taling about not buying (incl me) and shittalking (not including me :D ) about the bundle because in past month deponia was bundled like EVERYWHERE so it's not exactly a great addition as lots of people have the trilogy. Not to mention the f***'ed up tiering system - I mean who the hell puts the third, last part in tier 1? That's just sadistic - you need tier 2 to even know what's the game about in context..
So, go for it. Deponia trilogy otherwise great, SIr You Are Being Hunted also good, and QUBE while looks like a portal clone (kind of it is) is really unique and fair game. Plus you'll have your Xenonauts there :)

Here's a note that I included ... if you look in the OP:
Planetary Annihilation

This is the first really good HIB in a long time. Although I wonder how much use I'll get out of the games.
I've wanted Xenonauts since it was first greenlighted. That's what sold me.
I probably won't touch Planetary Annihilation because I can't stand RTS's (too hectic, I'm a turn-based guy).
I already played through Gone Home, even though I didn't own it on Steam yet.
Skullgirls is kind of meh. I LOVE Guilty Gear but this game just doesn't do it for me. None of the characters really click with me.
Hopefully the Deponia series will tide me over until The Walking Dead: Michonne comes out. Got an itch to play another point-and-click game but I really don't expect anything to match up to what TellTale did with TWD and Wolf.
((My only real complaint was that I was dumb enough not to realize that the extra games for week 2 would end up being the first two Deponia games. I foolishly went and traded 4 ref for the first Deponia, and actually had another guy turn down an offer for 4 ref for Chaos on Deponia (although that one hasn't been bundled quite as often). So I just ended up giving away the first game here on Steamgifts, which I guess worked out okay.

daaamn, I want deponia complete list
but $7 is to expensive

:( <- This is the sad face of the man who bought Deponia complete journey during the Steam Sales, and would have bought BTA of this set in a heartbeat if he didnt...
Comment has been collapsed.
You are suppose to receive two separate keys, one for Deponia, one for Chaos. Since the rest of the BTA Tier and the other tiers had games with separate keys, these two games wouldn't be any different.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah! so you get 1 DRM free copy, and 1 Steam key! The keys and the DRM free copies are in your purchase library somewhere depending on what tab you are looking at.
Comment has been collapsed.
O.O have you revealed both keys and verified that they are different for each game? sometimes I notice that even if I reveal a key, I'll go back to the main key page and the key will be unrevealed.
But if you did receive 12 keys, that's great!
