Bioshock Infinite. There are probably some other games, but I can't remember them.

now the price is 71.99€ but i'm pretty sure that when i bought it the price was 89.99€, probably because of dota 2

Portal 2, Halo reach, Trials hd, trials Evo, Castle crashers and nothing else :o

For me... nothing.
Worst "investment" is newest SimCity for ~20€.

As a gift... bought as birthday present Infinity Blade 3 as pre-order, which was with extra content or something, also it was on discount as pre-order... so I guess... nothing again. XD

Dark Souls, Dark Souls™ II, Wolfenstein: The New Order, South Park™: The Stick of Truth™, Plague Inc: Evolved, Thief, Don't Starve, METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE, and maybe something else.

KSP, Skyrim, Next Car Game and Grid 2 are the only ones I can think of and so far all -except Grid 2- of them have been worth it. Grid 2 refuses to run without shitting itself at every corner on my craptop.

Tat said though, only Skyrim was bought at the full full price. The others were all on minor 10% discounts for pre-purchases. And they were the only 4 games I've pre-purchased.

I've never paid full price for any game on steam. The only games I bought for full price were non-digital, but that was 10+ years ago.

Company of Heroes (vanilla plus Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor) and Red Alert, long, long tima ago.

On steam, Skyrim and Orcs must die. They were my 1st 2 games, got both at full price. I did save on Skyrim by buying it when i was in America ($60 vs $90 in Australia). Later was Borderlands 2 preorder from GMG (cheaper than Steam). Pretty much anything else has been discounted.

I have way too many unplayed games on Steam to pay anything full price.

I try to wait till they're on sale. Although I recently bought Dark Souls II for the PS3

Do preorders of PC games with vouchers count? If so, Civ 5, Portal 2, Fallout: NV, Skyrim, Dishonored, Dark Souls 2. Though I used 20%+ vouchers on each of those at the time of preorder, iirc. I'm sure there were other PC ones, but I can't think of any right now. I bought plenty of console titles at full price too; Dark Souls (which I now own on Steam) was a PS3 preorder for me.
