Get this texture combiner pack http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20801 and get all the textures listed. It will combine them into one huge file but you won't have to worry about load order. It makes the game look awesome

I don't remember any of the graphic mods I used on Skyrim.
The only mod i recall is FXAA, with this the game looks gorgeous ( here's an old screenshot ).
