Oregon Trail. Dying of dysentery is a real risk you know

Little did Stanley know, he was about to have a horrible death. Oh yes, quite probably a very excruciating one, involving shards from his coffee mug after tripping on the fax machine cord. Really, they shouldn't leave that across the hallway floor like that, didn't they get the memo? Ah, yes. There it is now. With his dying breath, Stanley completes his task with his own personal touch, photocopying his bloodstained face onto the memo and... Hit Send Stanley. Hit Send.

Stanley would be happier if he entered the door on his left.

If you're looking for a very serious answer, my answer would be Xplane10 Global. It is a flight simulator and can actually teach people basics of being a pilot.
If you want a nonserious answer, Dynasty Warriors.

I'd be a toss-up between TOCA2 and NFS-SHIFT. At least those felt most real to me though I'm assuming some other racers I've played might have actually been truer to life (like newer games from the same studios like GRID/2 and SHIFT2 or the few Simbin games I played).
Keep in mind that I played both with a wheel and pedals so my experience would have been different to the general controller (or mouse and keyboard when it comes to TOCA2) using majority.

Manhunt. I swear, it's like they were following me around on a Saturday night

Here's the most realistic game I've played: Mario!
Oooh ooh: Have a few more:
-Sonic
-Rayman
-Kingdom Hearts
-Team Fortress
-Every PS1 Classic that you probably have never heard of (Tomba, Klanoa, Trap Gunner, etc.)
-Every Genesis Classic that's been in a "Genesis Does" commercial
-GUILD WARS 2
-EVERY FANTASY GAME
-Skyrim!
Hahahaha just kidding. Arma II when it isn't being buggy takes the cheese-cake. Sort of.
