If games appear for the first time on this subscription service, will they be added to SteamGifts bundled games list?

What if you get mostly repeats? Mmm idk, I don't feel like gambling when I can get cool bundles for less money and I actually know what's in them. We'll see I guess

Sounds like it'll be worth it. If it's $12 a month, they probably have some nice arrangements with key dev/publishers for great games, with the monthly cost going to those devs/publishers in some amount.

The only thing I do not like is that you wont know what they are until they unlock, and at that point you cannot subscribe and get them.
If I could see the bundle and then decide to get it or not and be able to, I might go for it.

Another question relevant to SteamGifts:
Will the games included in this subscription service be added to the bundled list at any point? We're going to see FLOODS of them, regardless.

Uh, no. There's no way to know if I already own the games they will bundle. I'm not paying $12 to get games I already own :-/

If there were multiple choices, like being able to choose 1 out of 4, then the risk would be minimal. But as it is... nope. Paying for duplicates is not my thing.

Also, $12 is too much anyway. These games will be on sale for -75%. They will be much cheaper than $12... And I don't think HB will get deals for GTAV or something like that. They will offer games that get 75% off on sales.

Reminds me of the IndieGameStand Elite Subscription model (except IGS packages what they offer for the month for you at that cheaper price point (with bta content) and gives you the discounts in their storefront). If Humble starts offering something like that, then I might consider.

I'll get the first one considering there's a bonus and the bundle will probably be good. If the first one isn't worth it I won't buy the second one though lol

If i was interested in Grimrock 2, maybe i would pay for it, without nowig anything about the bundle
Unless they continue offering a big title every month along with the bundle, i dont see this idea staying for long

What's the price? $12? Hmmm...

LoG2 will get me one month. If it sucks, I'll bear it out for one month, but if it keeps sucking I'm out. I expect it to be at least $10 tier stuff, not like a bunch of $1 tier rebundles.

Chances are the first bundle will be really fantastic, to give that solid FOMO to folks. After that, bundles will likely mirror the weekly fare

I like the idea but not really something for me, I haven't missed an humble bundle since #3, and I got an huge backlog

$12 is a lot when it comes to bundles.. for bundles with nice AAA games I'm actually going to play, it would be worth it.
But prepurchasing something like this? Nah :/
And 5% to charity is disappointing, plus the lack of weekly bundle.. hope HB won't follow this way :(

I'm sure they'll put XCOM 2, Half-Life 3 and Bad Rats 2 in the first bundle just to annoy all that did not subscribe. Well I don't have a credit card ,so I'll have to find something else to throw money at

$12 for a surprise bundle and with monthly subscription (yes, you can cancel it in any moment)... NO, I prefer spend 12$ in something that I know what is... HB should think better about this, much people will be disappointed...

Hmm... a lot of time to think about this. Just for LoG2 i could pay it, considering i'll get 1 part in few minutes.Probably will try as alot people buy 1 and/or 2 month to see how much they are same in quality.

Have to admit that is tempting, at least the first month wich I think will be pretty strong. But as a regular thing, I would say no. I wonder if they will leak some hints about the titles or number of games to be included in November aside from LoG II, that would be nice for the undecided.

So I guess no Weekly this time to shift attention to this new model. Isn't this similar to PlayStation PLUS? "Humble Bundle PLUS" they should have called it.

Will these games be added to the bundled games list? The site says they will be games not featured in other bundles. Will they get added to the list or no since it's a premium subscription type of deal and kind of different than your normal bundle?

dont like that i might get doubles but then again i do find HB one of the best bundle sites for the 'better' 'higher' games..

This question was asked by shockedfrog on the other post about this bundle. "Wondering - the FAQ says you only get charged 7 days before the bundle launches. Is the first payment instant, or can you immediately cancel before being charged and get Grimrock 2 free?"

Has anyone bought it yet and if so did you get charged today? If not this might be a little loophole to a free copy of Legend of Grimrock 2.

Nope. I hate these blind purchases.

Not going to buy into this. I really like HB (because they have cheap games and help charity), but this is a gamble. I don't like gambling, so no. Just... no.

I'll go get HIB 15 next week though, because that is awesome IMO.
