Mine is the G-Man from Half-Life 2. The screenshot was taken in a multiplayer session of Synergy, which is riddled with tons of glitches, bugs, and graphical errors. This was one such error. I cleaned up the image a bit, too, so it looked more out of an old computer game like Another/Out of This World.

Although as it stands, it's really only a good shot on my profile page. These tiny pictures leave much to be desired and the eyes never show up :\
