Grid, Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance, and Transistor maybe? Those are three that I thought of right away when I was thinking about them. Also, Dark Souls is only really playable on controller on PC, so there's that, but you might not want to torture yourself that way.

People have listed a pretty good selection of games.
Games I play with the controller: Remember Me, Not the Robots, Metal Slug, One Finger Death Punch, Trials game series, Worms Reloaded, Brawlhalla, Grid Autosport.

You've gotta play Ori and the Blind Forest. I played it with a controller. Awesome stuff!

Some games which I have played (on PC) with controller:
Dark Souls I & Dark Souls II - I don't know if you are interested on these games but they work really well with xbox360 controller and the combat is very fluid. Both games are quite hard at first and require some learning / studying but since both have their active fanbase there are good guides / tips. If you pick the second one, be sure to pick up the Scholar of the First Sin-version since it has better optimization, has all the three DLCs and is all around better experience. Both games require some quick responses (but no button smashing) so I'm not sure how your hand injury goes with this (you didn't mention it) but these are nice games to have even for the future if you can't play them now :)
Darksiders and Darksiders II have been mentioned and I won't delve deep on the subject. Just saying that both are good games, require some quick responses for dodging and attacking + some button smashing. Both include REALLY GOOD soundtrack, I just have to include two tracks from the second one since I fell in love with the soundtrack: Guardian Boss music, Crowfather.
State of Decay. I'm not sure if you are fed up with zombies and survivalism since they seem to have been quite the boom in games for a while. I haven't played the game much yet but it seems really interesting and plays better with controller than keyboard + mouse. There is the original version + dlcs and the 'GOTY' version (which I have linked). They are quite the same; GOTY includes all the dlcs and has some tweaks but playes quite like the original. I'd say buy whichever is the cheaper version and easier to get :)
Batman: Arkham Asylum, (Arkham City)[http://store.steampowered.com/app/200260/], Arkham Origins and Arkham Knight (most mixed one since the pc port seems to have problems; plus side is that you can get it even quite cheap for that). Also I would include Middle-earth™: Shadow of Mordor and perhaps even the Mad Max since they all play quite the same and are made to be played with controller. All have almost 100% similar combat systems with little shooting so you can safely learn them with controller even if you are bad in FPS games with it. Sleeping Dogs is quite a gem too but it has SOME shooting involved. It isn't really needed but in couple of points so maybe ok for you, I don't know.
Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is one game too for controller but be warned: has really twisted mobs and plot. If you are easily offended or can't stand blood, vomit, piss, crap etc then skip it. I haven't played Rebirth but I have the earlier version and I have heard that they are almost identical how they play and are both fun :)
Hopefully this wall of text gives you some ideas and perhaps you even pick one of the games for testing. Good luck on the road to recovery ^^

Quick look at your list; Oddworld games certainly. X360 controller might be tricky but game is worth it.
Shank is fun for a while.
I hear Rocket League is good.

Due to an injury of my right arm, I'm not able to use the mouse. Being right handed, that pretty much means no games that require mouse and keyboard. I've gotten used to using the mouse left handed for browsing, but I'm not good enough to play games left handed. My doctor first told me to rest the arm for a couple of weeks and see if it got better before trying other treatments. The first week I completely stayed off the computer and watched TV, movies and Netflix. I got tired of that though, so I decided to try some games with my XB360 controller and luckily it doesn't hurt to use a controller. For the past few weeks I've only been playing games that have controller support, and I've managed to knocked off quite a few games from my backlog:
I haven't finished Bastion just yet, but I should be finishing it in a day or two. A lot of these games I bought or got in bundles years ago and installed them intending to play them, but they got pushed down the backlog by newer releases. I've been playing the games I already have installed before I install new ones. I'm now down to a couple of installed games that support a controller for me to knock off the backlog. I think they're pretty short though and I'll probably finish them by the end of the week.
I went ahead and pre-ordered a Steam Controller when I realized that it might take a while for my arm to fully heal. The Steam Controller came in last week, earlier than I expected, so now I can get back to some mouse/KB games. After I finish Bastion and the two other games I have installed, I haven't decided what to play next, but I have a few things in mind.
Not long before I hurt my arm, I started a new heavily modded game of Fallout New Vegas. To scratch the Fallout itch until I can get back to New Vegas I was thinking of playing Fallout and Fallout 2 again. I own them from GOG, but I did install Fallout, create a shortcut to run it from Steam, setup the Steam Controller and it works fine. I'm also thinking about newer RPGs that I haven't played yet like the Shadowrun series or Expeditions: Conquistador. The Wasteland 2 Director's Cut and Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition have been released, both now supporting controllers. I played and finished Wasteland 2 before the DC, and I've been wanting to play it again even before the DC was announced. I've started Divinity: Original Sin twice, each time playing coop with a different person, but my coop partners stopped playing after a while and I didn't want to continue the save games without them. I've wanted to go back and play it solo, but sadly it got put on my backlog.
Another game from my backlog short list is Alpha Protocol, which I won here and just haven't gotten around to playing yet. According to the manual it supports an XB360 controller, but with it being an action/RPG I don't know how well I'd do playing it with a controller. I've always used a mouse and keyboard for FPS and TPS games. I tried running through The Stanley Parable to see how I adjusted to using the XB360 controller for first person controls, and I couldn't stand it. It's not that I couldn't do it, I just didn't like it. It just feels, clumsy.
I have a pretty good idea of what I'm going to play next, but I still want to hear suggestions. It doesn't have to be something I listed above, it could be anything that supports an XB360 controller or might work well with the Steam Controller.
