Yes, It is region locked Don't activate it, either trade it with a russian Guy or Give it away to some1 from RU

yeah. it's just when you enter the key/activate the game after it's name there is RU written, the game itself is all cool, supporting 7 languages or even 8, can't remember exactly.

The game is indeed region locked since the enhanced edition was released. But IĀ“m not sure whether he will be able to activate and play it or not.

Witcher 2 is (or at least was) region locked.

But even if it's you can still use games key to get region free version on GoG.
