Is Sam Serious?!

I can't tell if I love it. I never played any Serious Sam games :(

Played it on the PS2 and loved it. It might not have made much sense but that's what I liked about it.

well, I have heard a lot about it, would love to play.

I don't get how is possible to love a game without actually having played it.

Also, does someone still don't own one of the games after being bundled like 5 times?

I haven't played any of the Serious Sam games, but if the rumors I hear are true and it can indeed be played splitscreen co-op, using 360 controllers, then it would be the perfect addition to the living room 'big picture' setup I'm working on.
Puzzle and racing games are nice, but sometimes we need to just shoot stuff. The SS series is pretty good at delivering that experience, from what I've heard, and it would be awesome to experience that from the couch with my wife (if I can convince her to play) or friends.

I've never played the Serious Sam series and I'm not sure I love it. I just wanna play it to get all the achievements, some of them don't sound that easy to achieve and that's what makes this game interesting

I love the series because it's the complete opposite of modern shooters - fun.

Most games these days shove you into a corridor to show off dem grafiks and to shove you into setpiece after setpiece. Serious Sam says "fuck that noise" and dumps you into giant ass areas with shitloads of enemies that are actually challenging. You create your own setpieces.

I really love the FPS games of old, like Doom and Duke Nukem 3d, and Serious Sam appears to be like those.

I played first encounter and 2. First encounter was shitloads of fun, sam 2 got boring near end.

I have first and second encounter from the shooters humble bundle, and i'd like to play serious sam 2 and 3, but honestly i haven't had the time to play the first two yet. college. D:

Used to play the first and second encounter with my dad when I was younger and they first came out, good times.

serious sam is great , i played hd second encounter and 3 BFE , the local coop makes it even more fun , :D

my gf and sister play on serius sam 2 and 3 all the time. that's why i must get all parts

I have quite a few of 'em. And though I haven't played them all that much due to lack of time, I enjoy the series. It's a hell of a lot of fun.
