I have no interest in either sony or microsofts new systems, they aren't video game systems anymore.

My laptop does everything they do and better. Nintendo at least makes something strange, that my laptop can't do, and is actually a game system, such an odd concept XD

That is a casual gamer... And I like the video, it's cool to have a garage and play video games in it :D, maybe some people don't need cool stuff there... you don't live in the garage, maybe you waste some time fixing stuff or relaxing there, that's what the video is all about. My opinion..

They got a crucial detail wrong about, well, most console gamers. 2 of the 3 people in the video weren't morbidly obese and non of them had pimples. C'mon Sony show it how it is.

I dunno, the shitty apartment devoid of furniture save for an awesome array of electronics seems like a pretty accurate depiction of most single guys I know.

The way I feel when I see stuff like this is that someone, somewhere, made a conscious decision to film this in a garage with the pallet tables and all that other crap. It is a little ridiculous to think that someone living in a garage can afford a PS4, and like you said, buy full priced games at a whim, and I get that they're trying to demonstrate the capabilities of the console and convey a sense of accessibility, but I cant help but feel a little annoyed that they portray their users as kids living in garages..
