resident evil 4 , i played 8 ++ in ps2

Was the problem with RE7 that it was really grainy? If so that has to do with the SSA settings. Sadly the ones that change that makes the hair of the girl look quite terrible. But there are shades that fix that if it bother you.

Best RE game? Depends. I really like REmake and both Revelations even if revelations 2 was episode based and ran quite bad on PC. RE7 was quite fun but in the end they throw enough ammo on you for an invasion of a smaller country and i did not like that.
RE2 is probably the best overall.

Worst? RE6 without a friend to play with and without a doubt..Umbrella corp..

If I were to rate the ones I've played, it would be in the following order:

0, 1, 2 (not on steam), 4, 5. So yeah, they've got progressively worse if you just look at the numbers... but 0 did come out after 1.

RE2 is my favorite, but as there's no remake for it yet it's not on the poll, I guess RE4.

Played RE 3, 4, 5 and 6. Played RE 1 and RE 2 demos only. I'll go with 4. I also loved 5 and 6 but I loved 4 the most. 3 is unplayable nowadays with the turn around to shoot mechanic. Hope they'll remaster it.

Resident Evil 2 is the best imo

Resident evil 6 is my fav along with RE3, RE2 and both Revelations. I played all of RE games except for the last one. I'm looking forward for RE2 remake! Leon is overrated character though, can't understand why ppl like him so much? I didn't see anything special in his personality o.O unless ppl are after his looks, which I don't see anything special in it either XD I could be blind though, no hate here :P

I vaguely recall 2/3 being pretty good, but not as good as 1 and CV. I haven't played 7. The rest.... are not as good

Resident evil 1,2,3,4,5,6 all the way... poor resident evil 7 u.u. I wished they can still finish the story but... no, they choosed to put new characters, not a reboot and not whatever. But btw, it was still nice to play, i just miss leon, ada, and others.

Ow I liked Revelations 2 but I enjoyed 6 too... I guess Im just very very weird person.

I remember playing 1/2 not 3, I remember them being alright, 4 felt.....slow for me, it was alright.
5 was... better then 4, wasn't as slow but felt clunky at times.
6, had to force myself to finish that one and I have zero desire to ever go near it again.
Code: Veronica was probably just under 4 but above my ranking of 1/2
Outbreak File Number 1/2 were probably the ones I played the most.
And I've yet to play 7, waiting for all DLC to be released and a good sale
Revelations, I started to play the first one but it was right after beating the 6ith one, so I never finished it or tried again, I won't count either Revelations because of that.
Soooo, ranking it.
