GalaGiveaways is seriously horrible! I made 2 giveaways, the 2nd winner gave me a negative feedback after I gave him the game!! -_-
After I wrote a big fat email to support and they changed it to positive feedback! No questions asked or anything, I was like "lool?!"

Yeah, I'm never going back there.

I love the reason for the ban.

So basically, they banned you without any fact checking when the other guy complained. Unbanned you when you explained the situation (without asking for any proof). Then banned you again for exposing their shady way of handling support requests.

And to think it took me a week and a couple of emails (with proof) to get a feedback corrected after the guy mistakenly clicked not received. At least they're getting speedier.

now they are even supporting Desura games... not to mention their point system is stupid too.
