It's definitely exiting, loved this game for many years.
A 3D port would be mind-blowing.
Sad that the video is over a year old, but the dev blog suggests it's still going so alright!

I'm a huge fan of the Legacy of Kain series, and this is looking quite promising. Loving the upgrades. Can't wait to see the completed state! Also nice to see Kain's monolgues subtitled too, that was one of the highlights IMO, the superb voice acting.
